ByteRay is a UK-based reverse-engineering helper & research tool. Short, sharp rules:
A toolkit and web UI that helps you analyse binaries, traces, and artifacts. We are not a bounty, disclosure, or legal-advice service.
You alone are responsible for what you upload, run, or analyze. Don’t upload content you aren’t allowed to possess or process. If you run analyses that are illegal where you are — that’s on you, not ByteRay.
Files and analysis results you upload remain yours. You can delete them from your dashboard; deletion requests are honoured subject to brief system-processing and legal holds (see Data Retention).
If you discover a vulnerability, handling/disclosure is your job. ByteRay does not coordinate disclosure, pay bounties, or act as an intermediary. Follow applicable vendor policies and the law.
You must not use ByteRay to target systems you don’t have permission to test, to distribute malware, or to commit unlawful acts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
Provided “as-is.” We don’t guarantee results, suitability, or absence of bugs. We are not liable for damages arising from your use (to the fullest extent permitted by UK law).
We can modify or suspend services. Governed by UK law; disputes in England & Wales. Questions? privacy@byteray.io.
Use it smart. Don’t be dumb.
